Policy for "Diva Iam" Diva Iam thrives on mutual respect, patience, and a shared commitment to creating beautiful memories. To ensure a positive and productive experience, we have established the following policies: Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your appointment in order to get settled into the space and complete any necessary paperwork at the front desk. Please also note that you are reserving a specific appointment slot with an assigned practitioner at Divaiam, so if you need to cancel your reservation, Respectful Interaction: Uphold Respect and Courtesy: All interactions during appointment must maintain an atmosphere of respect and courtesy. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Constructive Feedback: Constructive feedback is encouraged, but personal attacks and negative comments are strictly prohibited. Patience and Growth Embrace the Process: Creating perfect appointment takes time and effort. Be patient with yourself and the process as we work together to capture your vision. Individual Progress: We understand that everyone may need different amounts of time to feel comfortable and achieve the desired results. No Refunds Policy Commitment: Once a appointment has been booked, no refunds will be issued up to 24 hrs before booking. Please ensure you are fully committed before booking a session. Active Participation Engagement: Clients are encouraged to actively participate in any booking. This includes providing input, posing as directed, and collaborating with the photographer etc. to achieve the best results. Preparedness: If the session is on location, please arrive on time and prepared. For virtual consultations, ensure you are in a quiet place with no distractions and your camera is on. Confidentiality Privacy Protection: Respecting the privacy and confidentiality of clients is paramount. Diva Iam will not share personal information or images without explicit consent. Proprietary Information: Any proprietary information or resources provided by Diva Iam should remain within the agreed terms. Paid window: Less than 24 hours before 10%, Less than 1 hour before 50% of session price By adhering to these policies, we can create a supportive and enriching environment for each consultation
